+ Coffe/100ml 2 % Fat Milk

13.30  -  Egg Whites 80g + Sprouts 20g  *40

17.00  -  Pear 125g  *70

+ Coffe/100ml Milk  *50

20.00  -  Boiled: Aubergine 75g + Yellow French Beans 50g, Tomato 40g, Fresh Sprouts 10g  *45

23.00  -  Pear 100g + Apple 50g  *80

Liquids:  Tea/1l + Water/500ml

+ 3 Chewing Gums  *15

TOTAL:  *420 Calories*

For the last week I’ve been eating like this, so that’s not really much of a shock for my body. I like it. I feel pretty well. Gonna keep it this way.
